Troy offers an unique view of the Obama speech based on his experience. I found his insights on the staffing process very interesting. Also, I am curious about Troy's foreign policy worldview. Early on in the interview he gave off a sense that he may be a neoconservative, but later on he seems to affirm a realist view. Overall, great interview piece.
