		<description>Very interesting interview. Troy offers an unique view of the Obama speech based on his experience. I found his insights on the staffing process very interesting.

Also, I am curious about Troy&#039;s foreign policy worldview. Early on in the interview he gave off a sense that he may be a neoconservative, but later on he seems to affirm a realist view. 

Overall, great interview piece. I&#039;d love to hear more from Troy in the future.</description>
