		<description>Yes, this logic applies equally to current mammogram protocols and you are correct - 40 year old women in the UK do not get mammograms from the government. because the cost does not justiy the cost.  If people want to pay for their own mammograms, that is there business  - but want my tax dollars spent on saving lives - not on ineffective treatments.</description>
