EFF sues Bush Administration

In a new challenge to the Bush Administration’s domestic surveillance program, the Electronic Frontier Foundation has filed suit Jewel v. NSA. With a congressional compromise, the spy program largely continued after the transition from Attorney General Gonazles to his predecessor AG Mukasey.
